“BEST EVER” SALSA
 (Moderate heat)

Follow these instructions for the best salsa you will ever eat… Serve it once and friends will be begging for the recipe.

Ingredients:

2 (14.5 oz) cans of stewed tomatoes (original)

¼ med.  white onion

¼ cup cilantro (fresh)

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

¼ cup pickled jalapeños slices (less for more mild and more for hot)

Directions:

Place onion, cilantro and jalapeños into a food processor. Hit pulse a few times. Now add tomatoes, onion powder and garlic powder and hit a few more times to mix or once for approx. 3 sec.  Makes 1 quart of that most amazing salsa you will ever taste.
